Our Field Cruiser Jacket is modeled after our 1914-patented Cruising Coat. The original, designed for foresters and timber cruisers, is often imitated and remains a bestseller today. This version retains the pockets of the original, including the pass-through full-width back pocket originally used to stow maps and charts. It’s made from sturdy 9.5-oz. reverse-sateen cotton, a durable fabric with a long legacy of field use. As a windbreaker, utility coat, or protective layer, the Field Cruiser carries forward a legacy of unmatched outdoor functionality. Double-layer sleeve reinforcing and front-shoulder cape.
